Since 2016, Do The Macarona has done more than make macarons. We have made them better than anywhere in our area! We feel that there is more to a macaron than an almond shell…the filling is just as important. We use the best Italian or French buttercream in our fillings, along with the best chocolate and other amazing ingredients. Our macarons are filled with real food, not flavorings.

Macarons are a light and airy almond-based pastry. Do The Macarona macarons are naturally gluten free, and we work hard to keep them that way. Special attention is given to the fillings to make sure that the gluten free integrity of these little morsels remains intact.
